This is probably the most important video in this course. I show you how to approach the front desk, what to say, and how to get an appointment with the doctor. As you watch this, pay attention to what I say and how I say it. Read through the "Visits" PDF files above. Pause the video and practice.

An elevator pitch should be short, focused, and exciting. You need to be ready to share this with a doctor at any moment. As you watch, make note of what I focus on in my pitch. Write your own pitch for your lab and practice it until it feels natural. It's okay to use mine as a template.
